On-Arrival Myanmar Visa

Myanmar Visa on Arrival

The Good News for all the visitors to Myanmar – from May 01 2010, the government of Myanmar has upgraded the former “pre-arrange on arrival visa” service to fully functioning on-arrival visa service, which means all the visitors will be able to claim Myanmar visa upon arrival at two of Myanmar international airports, Yangon (RGN) and Mandalay (MDY). However, it is highly recommended to obtain the normal Myanmar Visa at your home country before coming to Myanmar if you are not sure with your real background or profession as Myanmar authorities will be very serious and not reluctant to deport any visitors that might cause troubles in terms of national security and image of military junta.
